Oranet hosts billing software for your Wi-Fi or ISP business. You run your business and your network; we run the software on your behalf.
The data in your workspace (your customers, payments, sessions and settings) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, keep it confidential, do not sell it, and give you a copy on request. You are responsible for telling your customers how you use their data and for your own registration under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
Your customers pay into your own payment account (PayHero, M-Pesa Daraja or Pesapal). We never hold your customers' money.
Free for 14 days, then 3% of hotspot sales + KES 25 per active PPPoE customer, minimum KES 500 a month. If a bill is unpaid 3 days after it is due, your admin screens pause until it is paid. Your customers' internet, logins and payments keep working.
You need the licences your business requires (e.g. from the Communications Authority of Kenya), and you are responsible for how your network is used.
We work to keep the service running and back up your data daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If the service is unavailable, customers already online stay online; new logins and payments wait until it is back.
You can stop at any time. Ask us for an export of your data; we keep it for 30 days after you leave, then delete it.
